HelpDesk staff is available—by phone, e-mail, or real-time chat—evenings and weekends for the convenience of our busy adult learners:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to midnight
Saturday–Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
